Please be courteous to our neighbors and Slow Down! With the warm weather approaching many children will be out playing along with those walking their pets. We are all part of the same community, let's be respectful and take our time.

Treasurer Reports
 

Finanical reports are updated monthly to the Financial Page on our website. 

Landscaping Commitee
 

The Landscaping Committee includes volunteers in both neighborhoods who are interested in helping beautify our enterances with light weeding, watering, and planting.

Neighborhood Watch
 

Volunteers from each neighborhood will attend a Neighborhood Watch seminar with the New Castle County police. Once twelve individuals from each neighborhood sign-up the training will take place.

Semi-Annual Meeting
 

Maintenance Corporation meetings take place each November and March. Dates are made public on the facebook page, on the website and on community signs located at each enterance.

Storm Water Committee
 

Those who participate in the Storm Water Committee frequently visually inspect the common areas and storm water areas in the neighborhood to ensure there are not obstructions, litter or dumping.

Yard Waste
 

NO DUMPING of Yard Waste in the Common Contact your current service for dates and rates. Recyling Centers are located at Pine Tree Corners Transfer Station, in Townsend and Middletown Materials for a small fee. FREE Yard Waste disposal is offered at South Chapel Yard Waste Site (operated by Holland Mulch)
