Street Light Out?
Did you know that Delmarva is responsible for streetlight maintenance? If you know of a malfunctioning light, please contact them at 1-800-898-8042 or use their ew online tool! Enter the street address or just the street name. Each street light is lit in green. If a light has already been reported it shows in red. Delmarva says it takes approx. five business days for burnt out bulbs, but up to 30 days for any malfunctioning light. http://www.delmarva.com/pages/connectwithus/outages/StreetLightOutage.aspx

NO DUMPING of Yard Waste in the Common Areas.
Per New Castle County Regulations. Yard Waste can be picked up by Burnes & McBride, Waste Management, Independent Deposal Services and many more trash collecting companies. Please contact your current service for dates and rates. Recyling Centers are located at Pine Tree Corners Transfer Station, in Townsend and Middletown Materials, in Middletown, for a small fee.

FREE Yard Waste disposal is offered at South Chapel Yard Waste Site (operated by Holland Mulch)
